Honestly amazing, as close to a live fire wargame as it gets. Imagine getting to be the trainer on OPFOR, now that's a badass job.

Usually when you think of government agencies such as cops you have this stereotype of them being reluctant to accept change and a little slow to adopt new technologies due to established paradigms and such. Lol nope, these guys went for cutting edge tech ridiculously quickly when it barely left the earliest first generation stages.
i wanna play it
the NYPD has a person of interest level system with their camera network, too
It must be so much more immersive when you pull the trigger in VR and feel some kickback or you go to grab someone's arm and there's actually someone there. Makes me wonder if something like this could be used for leisure, with actors taking the places of a couple NPCS and a few huge rooms with selectable scenarios.
Probably, there's already something similiar, just minus the VR. Escape rooms. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xO-3ecfgSt4
VR is going to truly revolutionize training/education, glad to see it's not going to take a decade for people to realize that
For some reason, I had the thought of them playing prophunt with this tech. It'd be fucking terrifying having one of the seekers suspiciously staring at you, an innocuous coffee mug sitting on a table, for any suspicious movement as they do professional room searches and shit
