Good to finally have a single video that shows all the shit they pulled in an entertaining but accurate manner.
That was the publisher not BGS and we still got a solid system shock clone out of it.
Holy fuck. The time they spent trying to fix their bullshit fiasco because they insisted on implementing multiplayer could have been used to design some actually good quests and well I don't know make the game a good single player experience? Like. People aren't asking for THAT much. We want the Fallout atmosphere, the interesting world that tells a story even by just exploring by your own and interesting quests. That's all, I want more of what already exists.
Fantastic video as always but I wish he'd check his sources a little more thoroughly, a couple of those "bugs" were completely fabricated by people to shitcan the game.
it makes me sad that this is the state that video games are in. i mean the atom shop and cosmetic items that cost 1/3 of the game's original price. the scummiest shit is outfits that existed in fallout 4 being resold in 76 for such high prices. even at $2 for an outfit that existed in fallout 4 is too expensive, you already have the assets, they are selling it at an artificial price because they can. its better than lootboxes, but that itself is an issue because people will just go "at least its not random chance like a lootbox". in the end you would have spent just as much on lootboxes to get the item than you do to outright buy it for $20 or $30.
Prey 2 and Prey, the recent System Shock spiritual successor, basically have nothing in common. Also, I think it's pretty likely that the publisher is to blame for the majority of the problems with FO76, like its rushed release, cost cutting and microtransactions galore.
