• Spheremaps support & custom cubemap too bright

Hey there. It's been a long time since I was here. Since I can port models to GMod on my own, as well as my Mii characters, I'm doing also custom cubemaps. But it seems that spheremaps are supported, too. When I look up https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/$envmap , there is "$envmapsphere". It also says that it's deprecated but IDK. How can I use a spheremap in GMod? What settings should a VTF have to be used as a spheremap? Turning spheremaps in cubemaps and importing them to VTFEdit is a pure nightmare. Other question, when I use custom cubemaps, they're fine in hlmv but in-game, they're so ridiculously bright that I had to use "$envmaptint" "[.075 .075 .075]". Did I something wrong?
