This kind of cheat is way too evident and easy to detect! Facepunch deliberately doesn't ban some cheaters so they must have some interest in it, probably selling permissions to cheat dealers.
That's just part and parcel of Rust life, unfortunately.

Oh yes, that's why there is a system in place that bans your hardware and prevents you from playing on the same machine if you get banned.

Corrupted FACEPUNCH wont bun guys like this, 48 hours already, the whole server (300 people) reported hem and he is still playing, WAKE UP MAN!
cheaters can lead a game to die, if the software house can't handle it. lot of games on steam have a very low pop just becouse of cheaters.
This has been a thing for years. Children and possibly people new to cheating stop after a ban, the dedicated collect bans like medals. The dedicated cheaters know how to bypass the system, hence why it looks like nothing is done. As someone already said: such is life in Rust.
Also, I am guessing this is an official server? You might want to find a good community server. The officials lack moderation and as such are full of cheaters(as you know). This DOES serve a purpose though: despite how it seems them cheating on officials usually minimizes their frequency on community servers since their time cheating on officials triggers EAC.
Normally I'd suggest checking the section for all the "I GOT BANNED FOR NO REASON!!!1" threads, but there aren't nearly as many as there were on the old forum. Those are just the ones that get banned that are foolish and/or desperate enough to feign innocence. Again: it may not seem it, but cheaters DO get banned.
I can't play with my clan on Community servers. We wipe the server too quickly, it's not funny for us, and we ruin the fun and kill the servers too quickly.
We are friends in real life and we want to play together tho, and the only way is officials... I am losing interest in rust at this point.
