For some reason if I change my settings in rust it doesnt increase or decrease my fps
for example if i were to put everything on max I would get around 45 fps then If i were to put
everything on super potato I would average 45 fps. This even happens when i put everything to half way
its really annoying and confusing because I can never get good frames
