This looks lit!
aw shit there's everyone's favourite fish bowl head
So this is going to be a good Mysterio? Or plot twist turns out to be a bad guy responsible for events in the film.
Multiverse? I mean, aight. I'm not too surprised, but I can't say I saw it coming.
Yeah I get the feeling they're going to have him be an actual good guy superhero, hard to tell honestly. Especially with the involvement of Fury and SHIELD.
[sp]If he stays true to his comic character then he's responsible for the monsters in the first place. He created them himself so he can show off and act like a superhero.[/sp]
Multiverse? I fuckin' called it.
Yeah "The snap created a rip between dimensions" or whatever sounds like the kind of BS he'd fabricate.
Just watch it be Mysterio is a bad guy and lived in a universe where Spider-Man is a big time superhero. Some low-key Spider-verse vibes.
so Happy gave Peter Tony's glasses?
So is Tony likethis Peter's version of Uncle Ben now?
Nah, Uncle Ben still exists in this universe, he's also dead though
Uncle Ben DOES exist, so I don't think so, if anything, what happened with Tony is another reminder of his previous loss
It'll probably be Peter looking for a new Iron Man to both be mentor, and to take that lead Defender of the Earth role, will think Mysterio is that, but then learn Mysterio is some kind of a shit and that he has to step up and be that himself.
The suitcase in the first trailer had Ben's initials on it.
Who wants to bet that Nick Fury is actually Chameleon in disguise?
They did kind of imply it already. In Infinity War Doctor Strange says he looked at over 1 million alternate futures, and then does that arm thing which I took as him bringing those alternate futures into this one. More recently in Endgame the Ancient One says that stealing the stones from the past, rather than the usual time paradox, is actually creating alternate timelines.
Leading theory is that the Nick Fury that calls is real but the rest are all Chameleon. Mysterio is obviously a liar, and the twist/after credits is going to be that the alternate dimension tear is actually real, whether or not Mysterio knows that or not.
I dont think the mutliverse is actually a thing in this or that Mysterio is a good guy, Mysterios whole gimmick is he's a charlatan.
The way Mysterio says "saving the world requires sacrifices" and "sometimes people die" makes him seem less concerned with protecting innocent lives than he should be. My bets are on him being a sneaky villain from the start, posing as a big shot hero from his world (if it even exists) in an attempt to become "the next Iron Man" in the main MCU.
petition for this sexy hunk as uncle ben in spiderman 3

Fuck yeah, the multiverse. Give me a spinoff with Marvel Zombies.
Give him a great big beard and it would actually be pretty perfect
"I just always feel like i'm putting [My Friends] in danger.."
top notch audio splicing.
Hey question here, spoilers related to endgame.
So in one of the trailers, in the scene where thor summons his axe right next to captain marvel's head, you can hear a female voice faintly say "I have telepathy". What was the deal with that? Red herring? Sounded more like an editing oversight than intentional misdirect. Does anybody else know what I'm talking about?
the multiverse is definitely real and is going to explain the loki/tessaract thing from endgame
