Get me out pls
I'm the first one who thinks governments should shut down tabloids ( after all they are one of the main sources for fake news ) but like the opposition says this can be quickly used onto anything.
The tabloids here are owned by the government investment company, which in turn, is owned by the government
Don't believe for a second that a fake news law is going to be applied consistently. It didn't stop our government from peddling lies about a hospital being attacked by protesters, even when video sources directly contradict those claims and show police forcing them into going there.

You can even hear a nurse openly describe the situation and say they're just fleeing from police. Of course, our brand new fake news laws weren't applied to the government, which saw no repercussion whatsoever.
