• Delete analytics.dll as it is spyware.

As someone who has been playing for 9 years now, this is quite sad. However just search analytics.dll in your files and delete it, and boom they cant spy on you. As someone who uses citizenhack, analytics.dll invades your privacy and detects what programs you have. Spread it around!
is there even any proof on that?
here is a thread on it I Hate GarryAnalytics it proves its spyware. I also opened the dll and analyzed it myself and yeah it detects all programs running on your PC, similar to EPIC games store
did you not read? This document explains who we are, what the Facepunch Services are and how you can use them. This Agreement is binding as soon as you download, install or use any of the Facepunch Services, including Garry’s Mod and Rust. We can change this Agreement at any time, but if we do we will put the changed version online and normally it will take effect a reasonable time period afterwards. You should also read our Privacy Policy (www.facepunch.com/legal/) and other Facepunch Services may have other applicable documents (which we will notify to you).
I don't think anything in that thread proves anything. Also if you "analyzed" it why don't you show proof of these findings? That might give your claims some validity don't you think?
ok

yes, as a user of the service, you have to agree to the terms of using the service. no, the ToS cannot "be avoided" by deleting a file, the very basic collection that every service does can be avoided by deleting the file. but again, where is your analysis? or are you gonna dance around giving us any information you "gathered" and just keep crying "Chinese spyware"?
As much as I would like to side with the OP here, I have to agree with SweptThroneon the evidence thing.
Wouldn't you get banned for deleting analytics.dll?
You can just block the url's in your hosts file UwU
