Iv'e downloaded everything through steam cmd with the dir_install_ 2323230 (something like that) into a folder at C:/JVS/cstrike and I'm not sure why it isnt mounting

Are you on Linux? The Garry's Mod Wiki suggests that capital letters might not be allowed within the path if you are on a Linux system*

if he would be on linux, the path couldnt even be C: because linux doesnt use C as main drive. thats windows style
I'm on windows
is it really C:/JVS or is it C:/Users/JVS?
