• [Hammer] func_tanktrain spawning higher than it should

I'm creating the 'train illusion' where the track is moving and train stationary. I've got this working in its own hammer file, but since then I've created a prefab and imported it into the map rp_industrial17. For some reason, though, the following occurs. (Also not really sure why metallic props became fullbright, but that is a separate issue.)
make sure the Height above track property is set accordingly, and make sure the height of the path_tracks aren't placed too high up
