E3 Coliseum 2019 adds The Simpsons writers panel https://twitter.com/E3/status/1131937796271345665 Currently there's no Simpsons video games in development.
I mean, it's shown on electronic devices and it's entertainment.
E3 is fucking dead.
E3 is desperate for anything to draw a crowd I guess
Could we maybe get a new Hit n' Run game? Seriously, just imagine one with the size of GTA5's map.

Is there enough content in Springfield to make a map that size? Maybe include Shelbyville?
This is what happens when you open up your trade show to the general public and then major exhibitors start pulling out because they realized they can save a lot of money and reach their audience better just by putting out some press releases and online videos.
After the success of GTA V and The Simpsons: Tapped Out, a sequel to that game is probably going to have microtransactions up the ass.
Springfield goes from american pop. 250 smalltown to bustling metropolis from episode to episode, I think that's not that much of a stretch
Microsoft still isn't doing this though, right? Their E3 conference is one of the biggest because that's where most of the multiplats get announced. The fact that DMC5 got announced at their conference last year means I sure as fuck am not missing it this year.
My issue is that Hit and Run had good writing because it was released before the series really started to hit the decline. If we magically got a successor to hit and run 2 announced at E3 set to release late 2019, it would likely be slammed with the oh-so-topical-never-will-be-dated humor the new series is infamous for. Every """joke""" would just be poorly thought out pop culture references to things that happened 1-3 years ago.
No way The Simpsons game could be any good, both due to the source material being in decline for more than a decandem and the game industry suffering severe greed.
Well, E3, how does it feel to be troll’d, meme’d, gif’d, and dare I say... pwned?
Shit, Bart has gone from joining an e-sports team to being on E3 That's character development!
"Mission: Fortfite As up and coming Twitch™ streamer and Esports™ player Bart, race Ninja™ to the Razer™ store" while avoiding the malfunctioning E-Scooters™"
Microsoft will be there, but Sony won't and Nintendo's presence will be limited basically to some demo stations and tournaments but the actual game reveals will be at the Nintendo Direct. So you have one of the big three console makers actually full on attending. Then you have EA pulling out and hosting their own thing as well as Activision.
