What's the alternative to burial or cremation of the fetal remains? Donation?
I was under the assumption they were put in hazardous medical waste bins.
Which I would assume would be either cremated as a hazardous waste, or donated to science for stem cells or something. (I don't know what you do with fetuses)
Unless the family opted to actually have a funeral for it, which I can't imagine ever happening.
I am legitimately afraid that they're going to overturn Roe v. Wade.
ya, the bill as written is ridiculous and is written as if every abortion is a fully formed baby when its usually just a mass of gunk
Nah, their plan has always been to slowly chip away at it bit by bit over time. Outright eliminating it like Alabama did would be the kind of event they don't want people rallying behind.

this is unrelated but I've been mousing over and off your avatar for like 10 seconds before I realized what I was doing
I have no faith in the new justices, but they also don't owe anyone shit and are basically untouchables. I hope the elder justices knock some sense into them and they manage not to play fucking political games
