When using the context menu to use tools the screen keeps jerking front and back

I'm trying to make a scene in which the Demoman ragdoll is holding a bottle of scrumpy. I have to use the finger poser to make his hand hold the neck of the bottle. However when I move the sliders, the screen keeps jerking front and back when I do the smallest adjustment. It is really annoying and distracting! Thanks! video visualization

Look at disabling your addons.
