Looking For Someone to create Custom Plugins for my CW:HL2RP Server

Hello there.
I am looking for a developer to create custom plugins for my Clockwork HL2RP server. The Plugins I need range from hard to easy difficulty, from stuff like adding functions to existing plugins to creating a whole permission system for MPF. I will send a list of plugins to people willing to make the plugins! I will pay for the plugins how much you find reasonable! Thanks for the help!
