Origin crashes sound drivers/audio service - Windows 10

This is the most bizarre issue I've seen in a while. For whatever reason, Origin absolutely 100% refuses to open until it crashes my computer's sound drivers and audio service. If the sound drivers ever crash, I lose all sound on my computer until I restart it, even if the service restarts and says I have sound. On top of that, trying to check the properties for my current speakers freezes the properties window.
I've tried plugging my speakers directly into the PC, same issue. I normally use a FiiO E10K DAC. Discord gave me this issue a while ago (crashing my audio whenever I tried joining voice chat) and I have no clue what fixed it, or even what the issue is.
Check sound devices in device manager and look for something like NVidia something something. If it's there, disable it and restart your computer. Discord has been crashing my drivers recently and that fixed it.
Tried all that. For some reason, regardless of sound settings, if my USB AT2020 is plugged in, sound crashes and I need to restart the comp.
Try uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling the latest ones from the manufactuter's website.
Tried that as well. Still nothing, reinstalled drivers for both my audio as well as mic drivers.
