A longshot... Need Modern Warfare 2 Item & Player Models

I'm running a gamemode/server combination which is just a pretty basic but fun shooter.
I would like for any MW2 maps the users play on to feature playermodels from MW2 multiplayer, depending on the team their on (TF 141, Spetsnaz, etc).
I've searched high and low on the workshop (one pack exists on the workshop, but it lacks Militia player models, and for whatever reason the models' heads are all fucking massive) and not found anything that works. I've also dug around on garrysmod.org and not found anything complete; nor have I found a single tool available online that can reliably extract them (which makes me wonder how these other people are floating just some of the models around) from the MW2 game files.
Any help is appreciated. I'm not really proficient in modelling, but I'm willing to learn what I need to in order to get these playermodels.
