Dear god, imagine where this technology will be 5 years from now. The implications are deeply unsettling. And I'm not even talking about the political ones. I'm talking about a hollywood future where we start seeing tons of big budget movies featuring dead or aging actors in their prime. At the very least, I expect this is the direction Disney is going to go with Indiana Jones in the future. They'll pay Harrison Ford the biggest check in his entire career to license his likeness, and then greenlight new Indiana Jones films featuring his face pasted over another actor's body, with an impersonator dubbing over the actor's lines. This will even save them money, because they won't have to hire a stunt double.
I can think of one artist that will be pleased at punch at this technology.

That was incredible, but you could definitely tell any time there was a profile shot, and especially once he put the sunglasses on. Still really well done.
Remember the cg General Tarkin from Rouge One? Use of something like this would have probably been way more convincing then that.
This is incredible and my favorite use of this tech. I would love a full cut of the film with this, maybe with a good soundalike dub to match. I looove Last Action Hero and thatd be fun to have.
