The total lack of awareness Cliffy B possesses has yet to be seen in Justin so I'd say literally anything they do with it will be better.
The premise wasn't bad, but the execution was awful. If they took time to flesh it out and actually finish it, it could have been decent, but cliffy was just after a quick cash grab to try and save his company. Maybe this time it will be done right.
Watch them use RH as a base for a Rick and Morty battle royal.

Seeing It now. Rick and Morty based Battle Royale. With in lore explanations as of why there are several characters shooting each other.
Also a special game mode where you fight against Cronenberg people ala Zombies Mode

Honestly if Radically Low Framerates released in a well optimized state, the game could have been somewhat successful. The gunplay and movement were both fun, and the gimmicks added to the gameplay flow well.
There was no way it was going to go viral like Realm Royal did, but in the hands of a better studio it could become a good game.
