I am using ps2 script on my server. I don't want to edit hats step by step. Is there any prepared hats on workshop or github ?

I looked but I dont find any thing
1) Having a look for "item" packs for PS2 on the workshop shows tons of stuff.
Why not go through each individual item? If you want custom, then you'll have to, to make subcategories, special items etc.
My server uses PS1 with over 200 models and items and I had to go through individually to edit custom code, meaning, sometimes going the long road will often reap the best rewards.
Dont be lazy.
