I MENTIONED THAT THE ADMIN MUST BE FREINDS WITH THESE OBVIOUS HACKERS AND I GET MUTED. THIS GUY HAS LITERALLY SHOT ME MID-AIR IN THE PITCH BLACK MULTIPLE TIMES. THE HARASSMENT AND HACKS WERE SO OBVIOUS IVE HAD TO PUT ALL OF MY BAGS AND BEDS AWAY FROM MY ACTUAL BASES. ANY BASE I SPAWN AT GETS RAIDED, I LOST MY TEAM OVER THESE HACKERS. DO SOMETHING FACEPUNCH, BECAUSE YOUR ADMINS ARENT.

Rusty Moose sounds like a community server rather than an official server. Aside from the above advice that reporting here accomplishes nothing wouldn't it make more sense to bring this up with the server owner?
I have F7d this guy like twenty times. As soon as I said something to the Admin they server mute me.
Find a new server - this one looks shitty!
