Buy Metro Exodus (Windows)
Waiting for that $10 sale
Looks like monopoly is over.
Time to pack up and get away with it
Hoooooo I'd wait until after E3's Epic sponsored PC Gaming show before I say that. We're looking at possibly 30+ games being present there.
EGS goal was never appeal to devs , it was nothing but exclude steam from the game
This is not the first time an EGS exclusive has been released on a different platform. Epic only cares about excluding Steam.
Yeah, the entire thing is very specifically targeted and intentioned.
As we all know, Microsoft Store is superior due to its unique basket feature.
How many months was the exclusivity deal?
Something else that's interesting is the new Darksiders game that's been announced makes no mention of the Epic store in the trailer, only Steam. It really that the management on the THQ Noridic side and the Koch Media side both have different thoughts about the Epic Store and seems like it might be kinda saying they don't agree with the decision to go Epic Exclusive with Metro.
As I recall, Steam doesn't get it until next year.
12 from memory, its not for sale yet, just listed on the microsoft store.
So we're already seeing this on other stores now.
Meaning the sales were that bad.
love how microsoft probably has been throwing their weight around to get games off EGS themselves. Outerworlds will be on MS store and EGS, guess what store I'd go to?
ya they aren't doing this from the bottom of their hearts but at least we're seeing something positive from microsoft and PC gaming for once
And yet gamers will still refuse to buy it because the Microsoft Store - like Edge - is also somehow just IE6.
The Xbox One, all Surface products, Bing, and Hololens are all somehow also IE6. Rumor has it that if you actually visit Microsoft headquarters, it's just a giant IE6 browser window.
People don't want to buy shit on Microsoft store is because their service is terrible i.e. games' language being tied to your system language and other issues like that, not because hurr durr IE meme xd
On the other hand Edge is an excellent lightweight browser that doesn't deplete your laptop's battery in 30 minutes, unlike other Chromium based browser aka all of them
What are you even talking about?
You’re a few years late with IE jokes bud.
Is that still the case after it moved to Chromium
I don't think anyone's done a battery check yet. I don't have a Windows 10 laptop to even test this myself.
