I'm getting flashbacks to when I was playing BG2, and I blundered into the illithid lair really early and it was like getting beaten with a belt for however many hours it was to finish that area. If this is anything like that consider me very excited. If not, consider me very excited.

Larian are by FAR the best RPG developers today so if there's anyone who could make a great Baldur's Gate game it's them.

IS Baldurs Gate one of those series were the story is loosely related and its more like separate stories in the same setting, or is it a continuing story?
It's very much a continuing story across BG1 and BG2 but apparantly BG3 will be more loosely connected.
