The current legal situation is that No Deal Brexit will happen by default on October 31st if Parliament does nothing. Last time there was deadline (in April), parliament took the unprecedented step of passing an emergency law which forced Theresa May to request a delay to Brexit.
No Deal supporter Dominic Raab, who is running to replace May, said that if he becomes PM he might suspend parliament in October so that they would be unable to prevent No Deal again. Bercow along with many others have now told him to fuck off, because that would spark a massive constitutional crisis between the legislature, the executive, and even the monarch.
Dissolve parliament, put Queen Lizzy in absolute power!
