All this"quality of life changes", horse ride, balloons, helicopters, oil rigs, new monuments, it's all good (not quite). But where is all that you promise us long time ago? Mining 3.0. Is it done? No... Weather? (toxic rains) No... Weapons craft? No... It is long list and i don’t know English so well to write a very long post. But please give me an answer Facepunch, when all this stuff you promise to your players long time ago will be finally done?

The roadmap is gone because all it gets the team is complaints like yours that "X is not done", "where is Y", etc. The roadmap has thus been made private.
