Thanks for adding chinese in game. It's very useful. But some words are replaced by exclamation marks. 啊 哦 呃 for example.
And chinese have no border while letters and numbers have. That looks strange.

you might try changing your KB mapping to a different input method.
It will be the unicode values... as you know in ASIA there are loads of input methods that don't "correctly" map the unicode, or use non-standard mappings for the character sets.
I would suspect the guys at facepunch are not as familliar with problomatic input methods., since they don't operate out of Asia.
We can see that both the above guys appear to be currently abusing the unicode...
It was abuse from Asia that caused them to have to do this.......
Since many ZERG were abusing the lack of unicode validation in the game

There are many symbols not working after this last patch unfortunately.
