thank you man, you solved my problem!

I couldnt create new users on my desktop and i needed to check if some lagging was due to my user or i needed to reinstall windows, and if the users/default folder is corrupted, it wont allow the system to log into new users, so i replaced it and voila, i could access to them, and yeah, lots of lagging was for my user specifically.
