i have every thing corret but this only happens when i try to join my server
kicked: Wrong Connection Protocol: Server update required!
and idk how to fix it i updated the server but it wont work it keeps saying that line everytime i try to join

I had this issue with my dedicated server, I am not sure if it is the best method but I fully reinstalled my server
Are you running the staging client, or a staging server?
Because that's a good way of creating version mismatches, when staging is ahead of the main branch.
no need to "reinstall" the server.
just find out WHY the update script is not running. (hope you know you will need ATLEAST 2-3 times the storage during an update)
will put money on lack of space or update not fully executing
Also it is customary to give WAY more details about the setup....
