Unable to run game since patch. Fullscreen closes rustclient.exe

Hi,

Updated Patch.

Rust runs through the anticheat thenasks for settings. (rustconfig)

ANY res I pick closes the rustclient.exe app.

IF I choose windowed mode the game does load but I can't go above 1080p (Not-stretched),
I've always played at 2560x1440 which is my native res.

I've tried a variety of fixes and even reinstalled the game no to avail.

Any ideas why fullscreen does this now.
