https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsQp2PnhPak Climate guilt is a common feeling. We’ve all benefited from fossil fuels, and most of the stuff we do in life depends on them. But we also know that we can’t continue down this path if we want to live in a stable world. So how do we overcome this challenge? How do we make a change? We talked to Hank Green to get his thoughts. Hank Green is a fairly well known YouTube science communicator who originally started out as one of the vlogbrothers before branching out into PBS Studios' science communication channels for young people. As one of the most fairly well known science YouTubers, he brings up a good case of the uncomfortable feeling some of us have when talking about the dangers of climate change caused by fossil fuel emissions while also having ostensibly benefited from the wealth and opportunities created by fossil fuel industries.
I have this feeling every day and the only thing that keeps me out of despair is knowing that I'm not be the only person that genuinely wants things to change and that there MUST be some good people out there with power, money or influence that don't want to see the world go up in flames.
