This is illegal in California.
California Penal Code 647(j) PC is California's criminal “invasion of privacy” law. This law states that it is illegal for a person to view the inside of a room or area in which a person has a “reasonable expectation of privacy” in.
According to PC 647(j), a person has a reasonable expectation in the following:

Good riddance. I never understood what people liked about him as a streamer, his "persona" is just him acting like a dick while playing games.
You answered your own question. He acts like a prick and gets paid a salary to play video games, he is what every child who watches him dreams of growing up and becoming.

I'm going to assume you didn't read any of the links, but Dr Disrespect is actually performing an IRL Stream with his camera man and 3 (apparently 4) different occasions, went into Bathrooms at E3 to chat shit whilst being filmed. There is even one video where kids are seen to be using the bathroom.
They both fucked up.
Even if he wasn't involved (which he was as @D3vils Buddy said), DrDisrespect is solely responsible for the content on his stream and if his camera men went of to do something stupid its still his responsibility.
Well his name speaks for himself, disrespect the wife, and people's personal privacy.
