Same here. I did all of them. I created an issue to support site but they don't know nothing about this error. Also I formatted my fuckin' computer and I could played 2 minute and everything same again. I hate this game.

d3d11.dll is DirectX 11. Have you guys tried reinstalling DirectX (11)?
try add -force-opengl in Rust set launch option and let me know if it still crashing for you
