The map dosent die fast the problem is that the zergs and clans raid small groups so they quit and when they think they have enough resources they quit aswell. And another reason is cause most servers that have the hapis map have tons of hackers i was playing on this server US East Hapis where every 30 minutes there was a hacker that was eighter kicked or banned.
And the map dosent really need a launch site the Site B is allready to op as it is, you can go down there just with 5 syringes and some normal radiation protection clothing (not a hazmat suit cause the "too cold") and you can get geared up easier than ever, you find a thompson and you go on a rampage killing aks.
