I play rust for like 20min and then get a big fps drop and i have to restart for fix its sad, please help

Processor INTEL core i5-2300 cpu 2.80ghz
8gb ram
64bit
geforce gt 530
Next time it happens, open your task manager (Ctrl+shift+esc) and look at your RAM usage.
My guess is the OS and background things use about 1.5-2G and when rust tries passing 6G ram use (which it usually does), your whole computer slows down.
Might have to get some more RAM if it's close to 100% when it happens.
