I'm having problem with opening rust! please help me

So when it was 'Good' for the last 2 months but if i quit rust and try to go back in rust just this happens:

and then i click yes this happens:

if i click no then it closes.
but now it doesn't even let me play now! just thoose two appears and just that!
i tried to restart my computer it didn't work again!
someone please can help me with this?
I really want to play rust again.
