Yes. All of my stuffs updated. I have NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M and I was playing with potato graphics quality without error before Rust update.

Maybe increase the pagefile size, add more RAM memory.
I upgraded my RAM memory 4 to 8 GB at last week. And this error appears since 5 days.
I formatted my computer and I played for 30 min. and same shit happen. WTF is that?
