There is an issue where the recycler is in the mid air at Power Plant, US East 1. That is the only Recycler in the place and it be accessed to, thus making Powerplant like the Dome. Please Fix.
Thank for the report - recycler position should now be fixed and all the floating trees, nodes ect removed.
