Game freezes randomly (NOT LAG) CAN'T SOLVE it, really need help.

Hello everyone.
I am facing a problem where every few seconds the game just freezes for one or two seconds, I have a good PC to play Rust and I am getting a good FPS count, I never faced a FPS problem but every bit I get a two seconds freeze for no reason, this caused me to lose a lot of shit and I can't even get to the game, I really don't feel like playing anymore because of this, I literally looked everywhere for a solution and nothing is working.
