So i was playing rust today everything was running smoothly and then i have a break. i try to load up rust and it comes up saying steam load error - Is steam open? Please exit and try again with steam open so i exit and open steam and it comes up saying the same thing so i google the error and i try all these things people are telling other people to do such as uninstall rust and uninstall easy anti cheat and reinstall easy anti cheat but nothing is working so i came here to post for help.
