How often are the bps restored?
I'm playing at rust barren and a player told me, every week (when the server wipes) the bps does too. But yesterday a naked (he's now my friend btw) craft me a semi rifle saying that he played some wipes. So, can you answer my question and tell me if the thursday bps gonna wipe? Thanks!!

Depends on the server. Officials and Rustafied servers only wipe BP's when Facepunch forces BP wipes. Community and modded servers will wipe BP's on varying schedules.
It's okay. How i can know when facepunch forces?
They'll announce it in the Devblog and probably on Twitter.
