Hey all, Im just wondering is it ok if one of my friends made merchandise for his rust server (t shirts hoodies etc.) Only reason i'm asking is because he has the rust logo in his design and it does not state anywhere in the tos (i dont see it maybe im blind idk) and I dont really want him getting copyrighted ect
You'd probably need permission from the FP crew to use the logo for their game. Now, if your friend created his own logo for his server, that didn't use art assets created by others (and used them w/o permission), then that would be fine.
