Times me out of server any server when i craft or do anything to fast

Can someone help me with a rust problem that started happening lately? its when i am making a play or about to fight someone i time out but i can load in immediately and try to save whats left but some times i cant and its bullshit how i can kill so many people then just time out and lose it all can someone plz help with this bug
