All Content files are failing integrity validation

Ok as of yesterday (Australian EDST) the game had been working on and off, now when at the main screen before i even connect to a server i am getting "Integrity Error: Unknown file version" for :- textures.content, textures2.content, meshes.content and maps.bundle i have verified the install deleted the affected files and re-downloaded them, any input would be greatly appreciated
