So I get on and there are 3 max official 20 community and 30 modded servers. WHY? My friend tells me i should have like thousands. Cant play with my buds with lack of their server. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled ive uninstalled and reinstalled EAC thing and yes ive restarted my pc any help thanks.

You probably have some filters on on your server list.
If your friends are on a server, this server should appear in your "friends" tab.
You can also use the steam tools to "view the server info" of one of your friend and get the direct ip they're connected on.
Using that ip, you can type: connect IP; in your F1 console when in the menu to connect directly to the server.
If this doesn't work, I don't have any more ideas for what might be wrong here.

I had that problem for a long time aswell. There isnt much you can do about it its a bug with the sever browser that affect some players. The only thing I could do is join my friends and if you play alone or want to save a server you played on save the ip in a txt-file.
