I CAN'T RELOAD, Game bug doesn't update bullet/arrow count in weapons! HELP

Hello and good day.
This is my first 100 hours on rust and I ran into a bug that seems to be only happening to me and only me. I started playing on one server and about 50 hours in I realized I couldn't reload guns/crossbows but I could reload bows. At the begining of my time on the server I was able to reload just fine, it happened after a while of playing. So the thing that separates this bug from others is that the reload animation plays but at the end of the animation the bullet count doesn't update. I've tried EVERY GUN and tried it on other servers and same result! I've restarted my computer, updated drivers, uninstalled and re-installed rust 10 times, check game file integrety through steam, set reload bind to another key, and done many things in game. None of it is working and now that I'm late into a wipe and have 20 rifle bodies, 30 semi bodies, about 500 high qual, and a quarry IT REALLY IS UPSETTING THAT I CAN'T USE ANY OF IT! PLEASE HELP ME! PLEASE!
