Mic stops after every 1st map

Hi there,
Every other map then my first my voicechat stops working and even in my first map I have to go to options, press test mic and then it works.
But whenever I go to a new map, on or offline, my mic doesn't work anymore. Even when I go to options and click on test mic button. I cannot use my mic until I completly restart the game.
in short:
-Why do I have to go to test mic before it works.
-And most annoying of all, why does it stop working completly when going to any other map than my first?

Windows 10.
Mic working in windows, steam, discord.
Newest asus z170 pro gaming audio drivers.
