I'm planning to make a Facepunch Droid 2.0 once, json support is implemented on newpunch.
But I would love to hear some feature suggestions.
Long posts are truncated and do not load media that is not visible.
Options for avatars to no load
Option to tap to load/view media, loading will happen once tapped, maybe this can be configured that it is on when on mobile data and off when on wifi.

push notification for the notification bell
favorites (thread or sub forums)
go to top/bottom function
search page for string
breadcrumps in left menu e.g. ordered as Facepunch -> General Discussion -> Thread Name
really loud fart noise when someone rates you dumb, to embarrass you in public

We could probably implement a pomf uploader https://github.com/Nyubis/Pomfshare/blob/master/app/src/main/java/science/itaintrocket/pomfshare/Uploader.java
Embedding that into it somewhere wouldn't be a bad idea, also open to giving its own uploader with space under the fcpn.ch domain, got the space for all your trashy images to be thrown at it.
Clone pomf somewhere and ez skins
Already got a pomf clone up on the box, wouldn't be hard to set it up under another domain.
I've been having some fun with the newpunch API this weekend. It's awesome finally being able to make a real native app.
Image viewing and post quotes are working now.
