[BUG] Floating out of sync characters

You probably know about this but sometimes there is a duplicate of someone just floating , the other person can continue to go around but there will be another version spawned floating mid air

Doesn't help unless you can tell us when, so we can confirm it happens before/after patches

Seems To happen whenever im on, about mid day gmt
