If you walk into a structure, rotate your camera until your camera clips through the wall, then if you jump up and in the direction through the camera bugged through you can glitch through 99% of planted wooden walls. Have fun griefing!
An easier way people do this is they simply crouch and are able to completely move through walls. The only thing they are unable to move through is doors.
This bug is causing a lot of grief and many people stopped playing because of it, it should be top priority for a fix right now.
You just need to jump through under a specific angle.

Actually they only need to jump through only the top half of the wall to get through.
I noticed this as well while some new spawned player was camping outside my house. I was trying to pinpoint his location through the cracks in my walls when I was able to suddenly walk through them. After dispatching the hostile player I quickly checked other players houses and discover that you can walk through any wall.
Now I am trying to keep important items on my person in fear of some guy walking into my house and stealing them easily.
I agree with other users here that this needs to be a high priority fix, I would imagine that many players having logged into the game to discover all their hard earned items gone would be very disgruntled.
For those who dont know, heres a temporary fix:
Line your walls with doors, leave no spaces in between. Players are unable to clip through doors.
A bonus tip, if you're building a base from scratch, make all your walls out of window walls, and cover the window with a door. That way you only need 1 door per wall. If you build with normal walls, you will need about 3 doors per wall to be fully secure.

Ive made my walls out of doors and behind the doors inside are barricade, nobody has gotten in yet.
