I just downloaded the game today, for some reason Water as well as any building preview for building aren't rendering/visible. I can still see the shadow from the object in the building preview, but the preview itself doesn't render. I have a R9-280 and it seems like people have previously had problems with AMD, but I can't find anything recent nor any solutions. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
What I have tried so far:
- Deleting and reinstalling the game
- Verifying the files
- Restarting my computer
- Setting up a profile in catalyst control center
- Changing all the settings to match a friend with a R9 280x as well as just messing with the settings in general (Including different resolutions and windowed/fullscreen)
- Changing settings in the F2 menu
- Downgrading my amd catalyst drivers
you've done pretty much everything i would suggest, maybe try installing the latest DirectX?

I am having the same issue. Running an Amd 7970. Haven't figured out a fix for it either.
