In-game beards. Your player grows one. The longer you stay alive, the longer your beard. If you stay alive for 20 rust days, your beard becomes badass.
Typical scenario that might play out:
"I got a leather guy up on the rocks!"
"Don't shoot! He's an elder!"
I wish I could grow a beard...

The guys in PVE will have beards dragging the ground.
And a possibility that the player could obtain or craft a shaving device, to shave of the hair for it to become string or something :D

Alright, so... like.... you know how the player character is modeled with a penis, right? So... I was thinking... What if the penis got longer, the longer went without dying? After a month of playing without dying, my schlong would almost be dragging on the ground, and I could walk around naked to advertise to the general public how amazing I am at playing the game.

This is already in game, no need for another 'e-peen'. It's just a nifty idea, and it would help distinguish nakeds in their actual age, no need to kill everyone on sight if I have decent gear on me.

Yes it'd be great to "try", because if you're a dick you will kill beardless anyway, but try to diminuish KOS. ALSO when they implement weapon degradation, well, maybe it's better to save your hard earned M4 for a real beard-bearing man, right?
